Confidential whistleblowing system under Law 2/2023

This channel allows you to securely and confidentially report any conduct that may constitute a regulatory infringement or a serious breach of our Code of Ethics. SAES guarantees the protection of the reporter in accordance with applicable law and handles every communication with the utmost diligence.

Integrity without reprisals.

SAES guarantees the confidentiality of the reporter, the traceability of the case file and a response within the deadlines set by Law 2/2023 on the protection of whistleblowers. Every communication is processed through the authorised internal channel, with technical and organisational safeguards in line with the European regulatory framework.

Eight guaranteesfor those who report.

We know that reporting an irregularity requires trust. These are the eight concrete protections this channel offers you, as required by Law 2/2023 on whistleblower protection.

    You can keep your name to yourself.

    If you prefer, send the report completely anonymously. We do not need your identity to investigate the facts and no one within SAES can deduce it through this channel.

    You leave no digital trace.

    We do not log your IP address, cookies, or browsing fingerprints. Even if you access the channel from the corporate network, there is no technical record that you used it.

  3. 03

    You receive a code to track the case.

    When you submit the report, a unique code is generated. With that code you can return to the portal, check the status, read messages from the management team and reply, without ever having to identify yourself.

    A response within three months at most.

    The system manager is required by law to process your report and give you a response within no more than three months of receipt.

  5. 05

    What you write travels encrypted.

    Your communication and attached documents are transmitted end-to-end encrypted. No one, not even the technical team, can read the content during transmission.

  6. 06

    We do not keep what you tell us.

    The content of your report and the attachments are not stored on the server. They are delivered to the management team and, once receipt is confirmed, they are deleted. Only the code and the status remain.

    If there is a conflict, it goes to someone else.

    If you consider that the usual recipient should not see your report, you can indicate and justify it. The system automatically redirects it to an independent alternative recipient.

  8. 08

    The law protects you from reprisals.

    Any reprisal for having used this channel is expressly prohibited by Law 2/2023. If it happens, you have legal actions and the support of the Independent Authority for the Protection of Whistleblowers.
